By accessing or using Rosalina (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rosalina is a business management platform for home service businesses. It provides job management, customer tracking, team management, and AI-assisted communication tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
  • Misrepresent your identity or business
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

5. SMS and WhatsApp Communications

When using Rosalina's messaging features, you agree to comply with applicable laws and carrier guidelines including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers and team members before sending messages.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.

7. Intellectual Property

Rosalina and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you enter into the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosalina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
